I have spent more than two decades in the IT world, but my favorite place to be is still right where the
strategy meets the execution. My background is rooted in
software development and implementation, and I still love rolling up my sleeves as a
project manager or
business analyst, helping teams challenge their technical decisions to build better solutions. Guided by
Design Thinking and
Agile principles, I am currently focusing my energy on driving
AI adoption for our company and clients. Today, I bring this hands-on leadership to my role as leader of the
Digital Services Division at
Cronos Europa, a major service supplier for
EU institutions and a key part of
De Cronos Groep.
